Booking Notes
Inclusions - To provide you with peace of mind our pricing includes all anticipated charges. Therefore you will not be charged a supplement for energy costs, for weekly linen, towels or departure cleaning.
Deposit - A security deposit of £400 will be requested at the time of booking and will be refunded in full upon satisfactory check-out ( normal wear and tear excepted), no pets, no smoking.
Rental period - Rentals are generally from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10am.
Please note that the French Government apply a 'Tax de Sejour' or Visitors Tax that the Rental Property Owner is required to collect. This is currently €1.50 per person (over the age of 13 years) per night.
