Booking Notes
Inclusions - To provide you with peace of mind our pricing includes all anticipated charges. Therefore you will not be charged a supplement for energy costs, air-conditioning, for weekly linen / towel change, weekly refresher clean, or departure cleaning.
Deposit - A security deposit of £750 will be requested at the time of booking and will be refunded in full upon satisfactory check-out ( normal wear and tear excepted), no pets, no smoking.
Rental period - Rentals are generally from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
